About Me.

Hello, I'm Joie Lam! I am a psychology student with a medical biotechnology foundation, currently pursuing healthcare consulting while running my creative business. My background as a McKinsey Student Consultant (YL4I) has honed my ability to conduct operational diagnostics, engage stakeholders, and develop data-driven strategies that deliver results.

My academic work spans statistical analysis and behavioral research, while my entrepreneurial experience has taught me practical lessons in client management and market dynamics.

My aspirations lie within healthcare consultancy. With a distinction in Global Business (Expressions of Culture) and my pursuit of Japanese fluency, I hope to support APAC multinational organisation growth.
